Lassi in 6 Different Flavors





Hello friends,

It is the summer season, and do not feel like drinking lassi, it can not happen. So, I have brought you 6 different types of flavored lassi recipes. Drink yourself, drink the guests too and plunder the applause.


Plain Lassi

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup curd beaten well
  • 2 tablespoons sugar powder
  • Some cardamom powder
  • Finely chopped pistachios and tuti-fruity for garnishing
Method: Put all the ingredients in the mixer and mix well. Add lassi to the glass with ice cubes and serve with garnish with pistachios and tuti-fruity.

Banana Lassi

Ingredients:
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup curd
  • 8-10 cashews soaked overnight
  • Some cardamom powder
  • 2 tablespoons sugar powder
  • Finely chopped pistachios, almonds and cashews for decoration
Method: Put all the ingredients in the mixer and mix well. Add lassi to the glass with ice cubes and serve with garnish with pistachios, almonds and cashews.

Ruhafaza Lassi

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup curd
  • 1.1 1/2 teaspoon sugar powder
  • 1. 5 teaspoonful of roohafaza
  • Finely chopped pistachios and cashews for decoration
Method: Put all the ingredients in the mixer and mix well. Add lassi to the glass with ice cubes and serve with garnish with pistachios and cashews.

Mango Lassi

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup chopped mango
  • Little curd
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • Some cardamom powder
  • Mango slices, finely chopped pistachios and tuti-fruity for decoration
Method: Put all the ingredients in the mixer and mix well. Add lassi to the glass with ice cubes and serve with mango slices, finely chopped pistachios and tuti-fruity.

Kesar Pista Lassi

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 8-10 pistachios soaked
  • Some saffron soaked in milk
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • Finely chopped almonds, cashews and saffron for decoration
Method: Put all the ingredients in the mixer and mix well. Add lassi to the glass with ice cubes and serve with finely chopped almonds, cashews and saffron.

Chocolate Lassi

Ingredients:
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped walnuts
  • 1 chocolate bar (Cadbury)
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 1. 5 tablespoons sugar
  • Grated chocolate for decoration
Method: Heat the pan on low heat. Add milk, walnuts and chocolate. Remove from heat and mix well until the chocolate melts. And keep it to cool down. Now add yogurt, chocolate paste and sugar powder to the mixer and blend. Add lassi to the glass with ice cubes and serve garnished with chocolate.
